Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy
• Recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles and/or industries
• Create client-requested reports or dashboards
• Effectively manage client expectations and communication
• Occasionally conduct online or in-person training for clients
• We are looking for a tech savvy colleague that enjoys working in a client-facing position.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and/or IT
• 2+ years in a related customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. vlookup)
• Experience with BI solutions (IBM Cognos or similar)
• Exceptional English 
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer 
• Consulting skills and the ability to find unique solutions to business challenges
• Team player

At least one of the following required:

• Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle…)
• Experience with SAP Concur tools
• Travel industry knowledge
