- Own and drive execution by taking full accountability for delivering results and getting things done, no matter the challenge
- Set and optimize operational processes, ensuring they are lean, scalable and aligned with business goals
- Make high-impact decisions and implement initiatives that steer us toward business success
- Lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring food and people safety across all levels in the organization
- Manage international communication between production and business to keep everything in sync
- Over 3 years of experience in production management, with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices, ideally within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Commitment to building and maintaining a strong food and people safety culture across all levels
- High energy, results-driven, and a master of navigating dynamic conditions
