  • Over 3 years of experience in production management, with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices, ideally within the food industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Commitment to building and maintaining a strong food and people safety culture across all levels
  • High energy, results-driven, and a master of navigating dynamic conditions
  • Assertiveness to drive decisions, provide clear direction, and address challenges with confidence and respect
  • Solid economic and technical knowledge to make informed, data-driven decisions
