Visual Designer

Apify is built in Prague, but clients come from around the world - mostly the US. From nonprofits and Y Combinator startups to Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft and Samsung, plus government projects for the EU. We help clients improve their products, marketing, and business decisions using structured web data and automating repetitive tasks.

Joining Apify at this stage might be a great opportunity to shape the brand and visual presence because we recently launched a new logo and there is a lot of opportunities ahead of us. We are looking for Visual Designer that cares deeply about crafting elegant and intuitive experience that can turn also in the motion and impact our more than thousands of customers with their work.

You will do

• Lead design execution on complex marketing campaigns and high-visibility projects that goes beyond the screen (e.g. social media assets - static & motion, banners, newsletters, blogposts, event materials, presentation decks, etc.)

• Partner with Marketing to develop creative solutions that meet business goals

• Evolve and extend existing brand elements

• Provide direction and feedback to internal and external creative talent

• Collaborate with Design team and other departments to implement and evolve brand vision

• Proactively audit and improve visual consistency across templates and marketing channels

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of professional design experience

• Proven experience to independently design all key visual assets used across marketing

• Strong skills in both graphic design and motion design, with ability to create dynamic, modern product animations using current tools and techniques

• Strong conceptual thinking paired with an eye for detail, visual consistency, and advanced skills in typography, layout, and motion design

• A portfolio that shows strong visual taste and successful cross-functional collaboration

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Preferably experience designing for tech companies

• Someone who likes to play with the AI tools in visual space

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is normal and things change often
