Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative C Developer to join our Telco software team. You will play a key role in leading the C development efforts alongside some of our most experienced engineers. The project is currently in a pivotal phase involving critical knowledge transfer, so we're seeking someone who can quickly ramp up, take initiative, and drive development forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with system engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Drive knowledge transfer and ensure a smooth handover
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C modules
  • Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Contribute to system architecture, design studies, and decisions
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in C development
  • Strong understanding of system-level programming and memory management
  • Experience with POSIX threads and socket programming
  • Proficiency in Linux development environments
  • Familiarity with build systems (Make, CMake) and version control tools (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and take ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Telco domain or a strong willingness to learn
  • Exposure to distributed systems or real-time applications
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience
