Jako Trade Marketing and Communications Team Lead povedeš tří členný tým expertů, který má zásadní roli při oživování naší retailové strategie. Budeš řídit kampaně, které naši značku přiblíží zákazníkům – od prémiového paliva přes gastro nabídku až po další produkty a služby. Tvoje práce bude vidět v online i offline světě. Současně budeš úzce spolupracovat s týmy Offer a Sales & Operations – silné pracovní vztahy a efektivní spolupráce s těmito týmy budou klíčové pro úspěch v této roli.

Co u nás budeš dělat

Plánovat a realizovat klíčové aktivity z Commercial Calendar a zajistit, aby kampaně probíhaly od A do Z bez zádrhelů.

Řídit komunikaci našich produktů a kategorií – od novinek přes sezónní nabídky až po brand messaging.

Spolupracovat s interními týmy i externími agenturami na tvorbě a exekuci kampaní.

Vytvářet poutavé materiály a kampaně, které osloví zákazníky a podpoří obchodní cíle.

Monitorovat výsledky, vyhodnocovat úspěšnost a hledat způsoby, jak být příště ještě lepší.

Spravovat rozpočet a efektivně využívat zdroje pro maximální dopad.

Vést, motivovat a rozvíjet svůj tým.

Sdílet osvědčené postupy s kolegy z dalších zemí a přinášet nové nápady.

Koho hledáme

Máš zkušenost s vedením týmu a minimálně 3 roky v oblasti trade marketingu nebo marketingové komunikace.

Orientuješ se v retailu nebo službách, ideálně znáš prostředí FMCG.

Jsi komunikativní, máš tah na branku a umíš vyjednávat.

Dokážeš vést projekty, přemýšlíš kreativně, ale i s ohledem na data a výsledky.

Domluvíš se anglicky a zvládáš práci v MS Office, znalost Power BI je plus.

Máš řidičský průkaz a chuť cestovat.
