Asset Management Analyst – EUC Lifecycle, Forecasting

The Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end asset lifecycle accuracy in ServiceNow CMDB and SAP S/4HANA.

• Build and update device demand forecasts based on historical consumption, business headcount, and refresh policy.

• Coordinate with third-party logistics and field service vendors (e.g., KST, country-specific providers) for device dispatch, return, and warehousing.

• Support asset reconciliation, lifecycle audits, and internal control compliance.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and HR on stock planning, cost allocation, and onboarding/offboarding cycles.

• Develop and distribute automated dashboards and reporting for device inventory, aging hardware, and vendor SLA performance.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across asset workflows.

Required Skills and Expertise

• 6–8 years of experience in IT asset or lifecycle management in a global environment.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and SAP S/4HANA (especially material tracking or logistics integration).

• Strong background in vendor coordination, including SLA monitoring, dispatch/escalation processes, and returns.

• Experience in forecasting and demand modeling for device procurement.

• Knowledge of ITAM frameworks, internal audit practices, and hardware compliance standards.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow PA).
