What you'll be doing with us:
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm and seamless morning experience for our guests. Working closely with the restaurant and hotel teams, you'll oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality standards, and heartfelt service to start each guest's day off right.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise the daily breakfast service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Lead, train, and motivate breakfast service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served according to the standards.

• Monitor buffet presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness throughout service hours.

• Manage staff rotas, attendance, and performance during breakfast hours.

• Address and resolve any guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.

• Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.

• Enforce health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Handle morning cash-outs, billing, and reporting duties as needed.

• Maintain stock levels for breakfast service items and place orders when necessary.
