We design and engineer software solutions for leading clients across banking, insurance, life sciences, and automotive industries. To strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer in Brno who is passionate about modern infrastructure, automation, and cloud environments.

This is you

  • You have medior proficiency in Linux (troubleshooting, scripting) and Docker (management, networking) or junior-level experience combined with a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Independent time management required to deliver 24/7 operational support during on-call periods.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak.
  • Good command of English, especially for reading technical documentation.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • IaC experience with Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • DevOps principles like CI/CD and automation
  • Knowledge of Nexus for artifact management
  • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
  • Basics in networking, security, and cloud (AWS/Azure)

This is your role

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Linux, Docker, and orchestration issues.
  • Internal DevOps Platform contribution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate on tickets and post-incident reviews.
  • Monitor performance and rotate on-call 24/7 shifts.
