We are looking for an IT Governance Specialist to join our IT Security & Governance team. The ideal candidate has a proactive approach to compliance and risk topics, demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, and thrives in a structured corporate environment. You'll work closely with both our local IT team and headquarters in Germany, ensuring that IT operations meet internal and external compliance standards.

Details:

   
• Location: Czech Republic, Slovakia

   
• Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (3 times per week onsite)

   
• Languages: Czech and English

   
• Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

   
• Act as the central contact for IT compliance topics.

   
• Support and advise local IT management on compliance and security matters.
   
• Implement and operate of IT Control System Monitor and report on IT compliance status and progress.
   
• Consolidate findings, track corrective actions, and make sure gaps are closed.
   
• Communicate with stakeholders (LISO, LIRO, CICO) to keep everyone aligned.
   
• Participation on other IT Security topics like IT Risk, Vulneranility, Pentests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

   
• Proactive and can anticipate risks before they become issues.

   
• Have a degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

   
• Proactive attitude towards analyzing problems and finding practical solutions.
   
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
   
• Familiar with IT security standards, regulations, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL)
