As an Associate Director – IT Project Manager within Data Digital & IT Facilities Services, you'll drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and measurable business value. Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Direct internal and external project teams to achieve milestones on time and within budget. 

  • Drive adherence to security, compliance, and project management standards across all activities. 

  • Facilitate project meetings, track decisions, and manage risks, issues, and escalations effectively. 

  • Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations with optimal planning and execution. 

  • Monitor project KPIs to guarantee quality, customer satisfaction, and successful deployments. 

  • Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value delivery. 

Essential Requirements 

  • Proven experience leading large, multi-functional teams in complex IT projects. 

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills. 

  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. 

  • Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and resolve challenges effectively. 

  • Proficiency in change management and risk mitigation strategies. 

  • Excellent decision-making and communication skills in English. 

Desirable Requirements 

  • Experience with global IT project delivery in a regulated industry. 

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
