The role of Controlling Mananger is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely submission to corporate deadlines
• Lead plant closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual) and cooperate with auditors on audits
• Prepare and drive the Business Plan with a 5-year financial outlook, ensuring long-term competitiveness and sustainability
• Lead cost savings initiatives in collaboration with corporate teams
• Manage full Finance & Treasury function for the site, monitor commitments, and ensure corrective actions when needed
• Review and validate all plant-related accruals and coordinate with the accounting team
• Cooperate with partner sites to align financial strategies and execution
• Support Accounts Payable and Quality teams in managing supplier chargebacks effectively
• Drive financial strategy together with site leadership to achieve common mission and vision
• Continuously seeking process improvements in controlling and financial management

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering field
• At least 8 years of proven experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in manufacturing/automotive
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Experience with audits and closing activities (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Advanced MS Excel skills, SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Advanced level of both Czech and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to influence decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
