· Work on e-Powertrain motor components development – focus on plastic parts
· Design component test fixture / define test procedure
· Work with supplier to manufacture the parts, test on real HW.
· Inputs are internal design and benchmarked units.
· Interact with subject matter experts in systems, cooling and power electronics.
· Opportunity to innovate, create and drive a project from start to finish, taking ownership and finding solutions to meet overall goals.
DESIRABLE BACKGROUND
· Student in last year (of Masters) of Engineering degree in Mechanics
· Have taken courses in ANSYS FEA mechanical and thermal simulations / CAD modeling
· Good knowledge of plastic materials / plastic part manufacturing
· Understanding of electric motor and cooling
· Self-motivated, flexible, independent
· Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
· Duration: 5-6months
