In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Taking ownership of the administration and operation of the power platform EDT-internally and right-source the future setup of the product-team around it with the relevant expertise

Administer and support citizen automation tools and low-/no-code products, especially Microsoft Power Platform, at both operational and technical levels.Enable business by ensuring awareness and alignment with enterprise governance and dependencies, including approval authorities (e.g., security, data protection, workers' council).Manage environments, configurations, security (e.g., administer security roles, data loss prevention policies, connectors, and permissions), as well as integration and deployment framing.Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements.Deliver services using the Power Platform suite with Azure Integrations, incl. PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and connections to e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.Provide architectural designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to enhance platform capabilities.Develop, test, and maintain internal operating procedures to improve the availability, security, and performance of services.Develop and manage team-internal Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI reports to optimize business operations.Provide system and user support based on technical guidance on-demand.Stay up to date with platform developments and Microsoft roadmap, particularly operational and technical setups, and manage or restrict platform configurations as needed.Communicate with stakeholders to update them on operational status, progress on deliverables, standard processes, roles and responsibilities within the given corporate possibilities and advise on services and framework conditions.Transfer knowledge and actively engage within the citizen user community.

What we need from you:
bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field alternatively profound track record in the targeted fielddeep knowledge and active experience with Power Platform administration around governance, security, administration, and compliance best practicesstrong foundational knowledge of M365, (particularly) Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, and the connected ecosystemproficient in creating PowerShell scripts, with familiarity in C# and JavaScriptfamiliar with Agile methodologies for efficient solution deliveryexcellent problem-solving and communication skills in English (German beneficial), with the ability to explain technical and business concepts to different level of audiencesstrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolutionability to work collaboratively in a team environmentself-driven interest and staying up-to-date in area if responsibility identifying innovation as well as changes with benefit or dependencies to the given setup and user experienceforward thinking identification of potentials and value addWhat do we offer?
