Job description

You'll be part of the FSI Business Consulting team based in Prague, with primary focus on the Business Development and Delivery. In the team of 15+ professionals, we are helping our clients to set and implement new strategies and transform their business, including delivery of innovative solutions. We are covering topics ranging from Digital products, through CRM and Hyperpersonalization, productionalization of Data & AI products in Business, down to Payments transformation and leveraging of data streaming integration to boos efficiency.

You will be also closely working with our technology experts and partner firms, especially in terms of Business Development and Sales, and coordinating the delivery on selected projects

You can expect to actively pursue and communicate with existing and potential Trask clients , present our solutions and focus on consultative selling.. Through your knowhow and ability to understand our client's challenges you will be responsible for articulating our propositions and offerings, developing our project opportunities. You will actively participate on problem analysis and solution design, managing the implementations, both from technical and process standpoint.

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years experience working in FS in senior positions in at least one of the focus topics above.
• Experience in designing and delivering IT solutions and at least 5 years of experience with consultancy projects Hands-on experience with IT development is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with clients and explain our propositions so they fit to their environment.
  • Proactivity and business mindset, focused on outcomes.
• Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
• Perfect English (both written and oral) and Czech language.
