This role combines partner communication, apartment launch coordination, performance
analytics, and use of digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new apartments through owners, developers, and agencies
- Manage the full onboarding process: readiness checks, coordination between teams,
- quality control
- Input all property data into Blueground's internal system (descriptions, specifications,
- statuses)
- Contribute to pricing strategy and analyze market data and unit performance
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and support process optimization
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, onboarding, or property operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
Benefits
- Net base salary: 30,000 CZK (approx. 1,175 EUR)
- Gross base salary: 37,400 CZK (approx. 1,465 EUR)
- Bonus structure based on KPIs:Units Added, Payback Submission, Gross Margin II %, City Overall Feedback
