The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Intune configuration, policy management, and security posture alignment. This role will directly contribute to shaping and enforcing endpoint security across the enterprise while integrating with tools such as Microsoft Defender and Purview.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage Intune device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access strategies.Drive alignment with enterprise security standards by collaborating closely with the CISO and cybersecurity teams.Integrate and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across the device estate.Support data protection, sensitivity labeling, and auditing initiatives in alignment with Microsoft Purview (formerly Compliance Center).Perform regular compliance audits, policy reviews, and security posture assessments.Automate policy deployment and remediation processes using scripting (PowerShell preferred).Troubleshoot escalated issues related to Intune, security baselines, and endpoint management.Ensure solutions scale effectively to environments of 10,000+ endpoints.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and ExpertiseMinimum 8 years of experience in endpoint management and security in enterprise-scale environments (>10,000 endpoints).Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.Strong experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, and broader Microsoft Security tools.Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, MDM/MAM, and endpoint hardening practices.Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.Experience with MDM sizing and scaling for large enterprise environments.Preferred Skills and Expertise​Familiarity with Microsoft 365/O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Experience supporting enterprise application suites such as Microsoft 365 Apps, Adobe Creative Cloud, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator (SC-400).Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
