ServiceNow Lead

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead who will combine strong technical expertise with a natural ability to mentor others and represent our company externally.

Be the go-to authority for ServiceNow across teams and clients

Guide colleagues and customers with expert advice

Mentor consultants and architects in their growth

Shape the vision of our ServiceNow practice, not just individual solutions

Build knowledge, methodologies, and best practices for the team

Track new trends in ServiceNow and bring them into use

Lead the Czech ServiceNow community through meetups and workshops

Represent ConWare at conferences and professional forums

Ensure high quality standards for all ServiceNow solutions

• At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow (implementations, module development, architecture).
• Knowledge of key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with solution design and strategic consulting.
• Awareness of ServiceNow trends and roadmap.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA) are an advantage.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both internal & external).
• Strategic mindset combined with openness to innovation.
• Very good English and Czech (min. B2/C1).
