Plant HSE Manager

As HSE Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Complex management of Safety, Environment and Security in the plant

• Organising audits, checks and train new employees

•  With plant management team analyzing potential risks and nonconformities

• Responsibility for team development

• Conducting accident investigations at the plant
  
  

• Education: min. High School / ideally University degree in the field

• Knowledge of safety and fire protection

• Experience as HSES in production/ automotive company min 2. years

• Languages - English min. B2 Level, Czech/Slovak min. B2

• Excellent Communication skills and Leadership competences

• OZO Certificate big advantage 

• Sense for detail, proactivity and high work commitment
