We're a team of 80+ passionate, curious, and ambitious people, and we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Russian Speaker who's excited to own commercial or operations hiring across one (or more) of our amazing client partners.

This isn't about checking boxes. It's about bringing your perspective, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the table and making hiring a strategic advantage.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering closely with scaling companies to help them design, run, and improve their hiring—from the very first intake to the final offer.

  • Building solid relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You're not just supporting them—you're guiding them.

  • Setting up hiring processes, interview structures, scorecards, and analytics that make sense for each business.

  • Finding smarter ways to source, advertise, and attract great candidates.

  • Driving real impact—not just on headcount, but on long-term hiring success and candidate experience.

  • Owning your projects like they're your own company. You'll be the face of and a trusted advisor to your clients.

We'd love to work with you if:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English, minimum C1 is essential.

  • You've got experience hiring in Commercial or Operations roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • You've worked with ATS tools and know how to make hiring smoother, smarter, and more efficient.

  • You don't just "fill roles." You challenge, consult, and help clients build a hiring culture that lasts.

  • You're data-driven, curious, and always looking for ways to level up the hiring game.

  • You think like an in-house recruiter: long-term vision, business impact, and culture fit matter to you.
