Ready to push motion design into the AI era ? We're looking for an AI Motion Designer who can combine technical fluency (JSON, APIs, automation) with a sharp eye for visual rhythm, storytelling, and design consistency

Here, you won't just make one video after another. You'll build systems and templates that generate hundreds of high-quality videos across web, app, social, and performance channels.

• Create modular templates and prompts that turn brand guidelines into machine-readable rules.
  
  
• Produce AI-first video content using tools like Runway, Pika, Veo, Krea, ComfyUI.
  
  
• Automate workflows - from validation to exports.
  
  
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to create variants that directly impact CTR and CVR.
  
  

• 4+ years in motion design / generative media with a portfolio that includes AI projects.
  
  
• Experience with structured prompts, templates, JSON schemas.
  
  
• A systems thinker who designs for scale and repeatability.
  
  
• Nice to have: scripting (Python, APIs) or localization workflows.
  
  

• Help define how AI-powered creative production works at a global brand.
  
  
• Own key systems with space to experiment.
  
  
• Work where creativity, technology, and measurable impact meet.
