You will manage the application lifecycle support operations, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget goals. Your role bridges technical understanding with Agile project management to drive value delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects and medium-sized enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment with business needs, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and support the team in all project phases.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; maintain clear documentation of mitigation plans and project status.
- Support project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis, ensuring projects deliver value within budget.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Line Leads to prioritize and refine the product backlog, focusing on delivering high-value features.
- Understand the technical aspects of projects sufficiently to guide the team, communicate effectively with developers, and anticipate technical challenges.
- Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices and stakeholder engagement.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in technical project management with strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.
- Proven experience working with IT teams and business process design, preferably in finance or Order to Cash domains.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management and Agile tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong business acumen and a willingness to learn evolving technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with Order to Cash business processes and SAP integration.
- Background in Life Sciences or Pharma industries is a plus.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and outsourced support organizations.
What We Offer

- Opportunities for professional growth and global career development.
- Hybrid working model based in Prague with flexible scheduling.
- Competitive pension and health insurance contributions.
- Internal rewards and referral programs.
- Generous leave policies including 5 weeks annual leave, sick leave above statutory requirements, volunteering hours, and parental benefits.
- Tax-free benefits via cafeteria program (meal vouchers, transport, sports, culture, health, travel, etc.) and Multisport Card.
- Discounts with Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora and more.
- Up-to-date laptop and iPhone provided.
- Onsite amenities including parking, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, and music corner.
- Competitive salary with incentive pay and additional benefits.
