This Position reports to:

Department Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Join our dynamic team supporting business travellers and project workers across the globe. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and compliant project assignments.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Provide administrative support for business travellers, including:
  • 1) Notifying relevant authorities in destination countries
  • 2) Assisting with visa documentation and procedures
  • 3) Preparing travel-related documents (e.g., invitation letters)
  • Prepare data for invoicing and cost allocation
  • Support local taxation process
  • Provide project-related documentation (e.g., insurance certificates, trade register…)
  • Maintain and update internal travel-related webpages

Qualifications for the role

  • University degree (Bachelor's or higher)
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level), any other language is advantage
  • Basic understanding of visa and tax procedures
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Good communication skills
