This is the most senior individual contributor career stage in sourcing at Microsoft — a high-impact role for those who are ready to lead from the front. As a Lead Talent Sourcer, you will be instrumental in shaping our sourcing strategy and execution. You'll go beyond traditional sourcing to proactively pipeline exceptional talent, manage immediate hiring demand, and drive sourcing programs that elevate our function. 

You'll have the autonomy to challenge the status quo, deliver innovative sourcing solutions, and raise the bar for performance across the organization. This role is not just about finding talent — it's about transforming how we do it. You'll coach and mentor sourcing teams, champion best practices, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
