- VŠ vzdělání - směr stavební nebo strojní (velkou výhodou je oblast inteligentní budovy, TZB).
- Praxe 5+ let v oblasti TZB na pozici Cost Consultant/Manager, Přípravář/ka či Rozpočtář/ka.
- Pokročilou znalost Microsoft 365 především Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project.
- Podmínkou jsou zkušenosti s kalkulacemi a orientace v příslušných normách a vyhláškách.
- Výborné analytické a komunikační dovednosti.
- Ochota cestovat do zahraničí, časová flexibilita.
- Angličtina na min. úrovni B2 podmínkou.
- Forma práce: IČO.
- Vytváření nákladů na MEP systémy pro stavební projekty.
- Analýza, tvorba a správa rozpočtů.
- Sestavování zpráv a prezentací o nákladech pro klienty a projektové týmy.
- Spolupráce s projektovými manažery, inženýry a architekty na optimalizaci návrhů z pohledu nákladů.
- Vyjednávání o cenách a podmínkách s dodavateli a subdodavateli.
- Správa změn a riziková analýza.
- Dlouhodobá spolupráce na zajímavých zahraničních projektech.
