We are seeking a visionary and experienced DDIT (Data, Digital & IT) People & Organization and Corporate Functions Architecture & Integration Lead to guide the architectural standards, design, and integration of IT solutions for People & Organization (P&O) and Corporate Functions (CF). This role is critical in enabling business outcomes by driving enterprise-wide technology strategy, aligning domain architectures, and ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. As the integrator between business and DDIT teams, you will ensure smooth delivery of DDIT services, adherence to architectural governance frameworks, and alignment with enterprise goals, all while delivering impactful business outcomes through innovation.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks that ensure scalability, operational efficiency, and alignment with P&O and Corporate Functions strategies.
- Define the logical design necessary to manage data and information effectively in the target architecture state while adhering to governance frameworks like TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Contribute to and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture Governance, methods, tools, practices, and standards to maintain consistency across projects and programs.
- Lead the development of solution architectures for projects and programs, incorporating technical capabilities, scalability, and business processes.
- Enable seamless integration across technology platforms, ensuring smooth connections between P&O, Corporate Functions and DDIT systems for better service delivery and transformation.
- Drive effective collaboration between Enterprise Architecture and stakeholder teams to define and implement technology standards, fostering shared value creation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, offering expertise in technology and architecture to define strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead efforts to instill a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement across the architecture, AI and data science community.
- Provide guidance on architecture design for urgent, unplanned challenges using agile consulting and customized solutions.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethics, ISC, and compliance policies when defining architecture standards, patterns, and solutions, while continuously improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by leveraging best practices, architecture patterns, and scalable technologies aligned with business goals.

What you'll bring to the role:
- 15+ years of IT experience in highly specialized fields, with a strong background in architecture leadership, IT management, and multi-functional collaboration.
- Deep technical knowledge in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, IT governance, cloud computing, and strategic consulting. Expertise in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and using modeling concepts like ArchiMate.
- Proven track record of leading diverse, global teams in complex organizations and managing large-scale IT solutions and transformations. Architectural Expertise: Demonstratable knowledge of architecture design and governance, integration architecture, enterprise systems, and IT portfolio management.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, business process modeling, decision-making, and managing change across boundaries. Strategic and Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with digital technologies, strategic decision-making, and IT management in highly complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to create transformative architecture strategies that align with business objectives while leveraging emerging technologies.
Desirable requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS) are a strong plus
