AI Adoption Specialist

We're looking for an AI adoption specialist to coordinate the delivery of our AI adoption initiatives and support teams across Pipedrive in our Tallinn office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome corporate strategy team on executing our AI-native strategy.

Your new adventure:

• Act as the central program manager for AI adoption across Pipedrive, tracking timelines, metrics and deliverables
• Drive hands-on change management, including workshops, toolkits and enablement guides
• Coordinate with the learning and development and internal communications teams to ensure effective delivery of AI training and messaging
• Manage relationships with external AI vendors such as OpenAI
• Monitor and report on adoption metrics to leadership
• Help to define internal best practices and processes around the use of generative AI tools
• Help Pipedrive grow by embedding AI into how we work every day

Does this sound like you?

• At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross-functional technology rollouts
• Proven, hands-on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus)
• A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
• The capability to work proactively and independently to drive outcomes
• A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with a wide range of teams
• A genuine passion for generative AI and experience as a power user of AI tools
• Excellent organization skills and extreme attention to detail
• Fluency in English
