Do našeho týmu hledáme kolegu či kolegyni, který/á bude mít klíčovou roli v oblasti zákaznického servisu a zároveň bude podporovat procesy napříč logistikou, nákupem a plánováním. Tato pozice je ideální pro kandidáta se silnými komunikačními dovednostmi, orientací na zákazníka a schopností efektivně koordinovat více oblastí současně.

Co vás čeká:

• Komunikace se zákazníky, řešení požadavků, objednávek a reklamací.
• Koordinace dodávek a logistických operací s důrazem na dodržování termínů a spokojenost zákazníka.
• Spolupráce s týmy nákupu, plánování a skladu na zajištění bezproblémového průběhu objednávek.
• Analýza dat z oblasti zákaznického servisu a logistiky s cílem identifikovat příležitosti ke zlepšení a úsporám.

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít:

• Min. SŠ vzdělání.
• Znalost práce na PC – MS office (zejména Excel).
• Znalost AJ – komunikativní úroveň.
• Silné komunikační a organizační schopnosti.
• Orientace na zákazníka a schopnost řešit problémy.

Dále preferujeme:

• Zkušenosti v oblasti zákaznického servisu nebo logistiky.
• Znalost práce s daty a analytické myšlení.
• Znalost systému Oracle či jiného ERP systému.
