Security Guard

We are looking for more than just a security guard; we are seeking a responsible and mature individual who will become a key pillar of a safe environment for our students, their families, and our employees. • Creating a safe school environment: Your main task will be to ensure that only authorized persons move around the school campus and that every member of our community feels safe.
• Being a visible support: With your calm and professional presence, you will actively contribute to a comfortable and safe atmosphere across the entire campus.
• Supervising rules: You will consistently ensure adherence to all internal guidelines, especially those concerning child protection and safety.
• Being the first contact: With a smile and professionalism, you will coordinate the safe arrival and departure of students and visitors, especially in the parking area.
• Anticipating and protecting: You will monitor modern security systems with the goal of proactively identifying and eliminating any potential risks.
• Following procedures: In the event of crisis situations, ensuring ISP security standards.
• Performing patrol and inspection service: Regular patrol service within the ISP campus.

• Absolute moral and criminal integrity is a fundamental and uncompromising condition for us.
• We are looking for an individual with a high degree of responsibility, discretion, and natural authority.
• Your demeanor is professional and friendly; you communicate excellently in Czech (at a native speaker level) and English (communicative level).
• You have the ability to handle situations with calmness, composure, and empathy.
• Experience from a professional background (Czech Police, Czech Army, security forces) is a great advantage.
• You are in good physical condition and willing to work in shifts (8-hour day, approx. 1 weekend/month 12h).
