Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

The EPP Manager position is a critical role responsible for overseeing the entire channel and identifying new opportunities for growth. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the channel's performance.

In his role he is responsible for setting up short- and long-term sales and product strategy for Samsung EPP sales channels in line with HQ's and EO's directions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Full Accountability: The EPP Manager will have complete responsibility for managing the entire channel, ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, fostering innovation and growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess channel performance through key metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.
• Full English and Czech/Slovak proficiency.
