Required qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of UNIX Design Experience
• Experience with co-branding is essential to infuse the client's identity with Kyndryl design standards
• Stakeholder Management
• Change Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Design Software tools

Certification Requirements

• Adobe Illustrator CC - Essentials & Advanced Training Courses
• Graphic Design Theory (General & Typography)
• How To Design for Accessibility: for UX Designers
• User Experience Design Fundamentals
• EDT Practitioner; Co-Creator; & Team Essentials for AI
• Project Management Fundamentals (nice to have)
• PowerPoint Masterclass - Presentation Design & Animation (nice to have)
