As a Senior Network Technology Support Specialist your role will be targeted on providing technical support of the Classic and Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN). Your work will ensure the reliability and performance of AT&T's critical wireless infrastructure, directly impacting network uptime and customer experience. By providing remote triage, troubleshooting, and technical support, you play a vital role in minimizing service interruptions and driving operational excellence across the RAN environment.

• Diagnose and resolve network faults; manage trouble tickets for RAN technologies.
• Provide technical support to field personnel, including IVR phone and RF safety/interference issue resolution.
• Participate in network outage event bridges and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Track, report, and document network events and collaborate with support teams and vendors.
• Analyze network performance and contribute to action plans for network impact mitigation.
• Support remote triage and restoration of Classic and Cloud RAN systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Clear communication skills for effective coordination with teams and vendors.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during network outages or high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work any shift to support 24x7 operations.
• Attention to detail when documenting and reporting network events.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist and learn from others.

• Previous experience troubleshooting, maintaining, configuring, and supporting Ericsson RAN equipment (4G = eNodeB, 5G = gNodeB).
• Knowledge and experience with cloud concepts (Kubernetes, VNF, Orchestration)
• Working knowledge of Linux and security protocols (TACACS, LDAP) is a plus.
• Proficiency with RF performance tools (Arieso, Optima) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or equivalent network experience.
