Senior Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineers are members of our product teams, responsible for creating, enhancing, and supporting common features. Working side-by-side with Product Owners, Software Test Engineers, and Business
Stakeholders are actively involved in the complete software development life cycle in an agile environment, including technical design, hands-on coding, unit testing, integration testing, performance tuning, maintenance, test automation, deployments, and upgrades.
They also work closely with DevOps, DBAs, and Systems Engineers to make deployments easier to improve team velocity and overall quality of delivery. They design, develop, and contribute to some of the most important functionality happening in the product category, and also mentor, coach, and empower technical team members while still taking a very active role in developing solutions.

During the first six months, you will :
- Understand customer needs and business goals.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile front-end development, with strong proficiency in client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and asynchronous data fetching.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices and responsive design principles.
- Experience building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and ship new features.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, React, Angular, and CSS.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation; exposure to Jest, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Eager to learn, stay current with new technologies, and continuously improve development practices.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an Agile team environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive attitude toward sharing ideas and seeking feedback.
- Ability to mentor and coach less-experienced team members.
Nice to have:
- Background in building and supporting mobile-first front-end apps using Angular, React, Ionic, or similar cross-platform frameworks.
- Familiarity with Storybook to enhance component development and integrate smoothly with React, Angular, or Ionic for improved UI collaboration.
- Experience with side or hobby projects and contributions to open-source projects in Ionic, Angular, or React is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of modern API standards and concepts.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD and APM tools such as Datadog, TeamCity, Octopus, or similar.
- Experience participating in an on-call rotation and handling production issues.
- Understanding of React and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, React Hooks, Redux/Context API for state management).
- Experience with hybrid app development using SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or React Native is an advantage.
- Experience optimizing hybrid apps for performance, ensuring they load quickly and run smoothly on mobile devices.
