Enterprise Account Manager

Prague, Czech

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus sales areas: Public, Transportation, Energy Sector
  • Experience on CZ market is a need
  • Mainly responsible for improving organization's market position and achieves financial growth in given sector. Seek out, develop, and close business opportunities
  • Define long-term organizational strategic goals in given sector, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends
  • Deep insight of the Named Accounts in given sector, understand customer's business, identify business opportunities mapping with our products and solutions, develop the local partner ecosystem
  • Work with the internal team and external partner to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization
  • Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future
  • Help develop new customer and manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Account Sales in ICT industry
  • Must have - sales experience with ICT products, such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi, security, storage, and GPON.
  • Have a certain understanding of ICT requirements in some industries. For example: government, education, healthcare, and ISP.
  • Be familiar with major vendors and partners in certain industries.
  • Capability of building relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Effective communications skills
  • Persuasive and Presentation skills
  • Developed problem solving abilities
  • Native Czech/Slovak and fluent English language
