Procurement Support Coordinator

We are searching for a new colleague into our Procurement team who is curious, eager to learn and will be a phenomenal team member
Core Responsibilities- Dealing with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating the terms regarding the prices and lead time of delivery with existing suppliers, processing orders and close communication with Production
- Identifies, develops, and supports savings initiatives
- Cost management – identifies and breaks down the cost items in order to provide financial forecasts (Budgeting, Estimates)
- Support of both Direct and InDirect procurement team members with various tasks in the area of Procurement analysis and planning data
- Daily work in procurement tools incl. SAP
- Leading supplier development – participation in regular supplier evaluation meetings, project reviews
- Leads and resolves material quality and service issues
- Risk Management Initiatives - implements action plans to mitigate supply disruption risks, single source plans, sustainability/social responsibility, supports other colleagues with audit plan along with Supplier Quality team
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 1 year placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

In addition, you are likely to have:- Knowledge/proven experience within Procurement area or other related business area where you applied your analytical skills and collaborated across different functions
- Proficiency in and Czech, intermediate English
- Detail oriented with the passion to learn new systems and tools
- Very strong communicator and collaborator
- MS Office advance proficient level (MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams etc.), SAP MM module and Coupa/Ariba will be an advantage
