Our client is an international company that is a leading provider of healthcare and medical services, specializing in the development, management, and operation of healthcare facilities.

Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client operating in the healthcare sector, who will take ownership of a newly forming large-scale project (expected duration: 1–3 years).

Initially, the time commitment is expected to be 40–80% (flexible depending on the project phase), with the potential to increase up to 100% as the project progresses.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project management (ideally mid to large projects)
  • You can jump in fast, set priorities, and keep things on track
  • You understand how to manage goals, timelines, and risks
  • You're familiar with project methods like PRINCE2, PMI, or similar
  • You can turn business needs into clear plans and tasks
  • IT knowledge is a plus (but not needed right away)
  • English – at least B2 level

Salary

  • Freelance contract - 7,000 to 8,500 CZK per day
