What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Way: Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, turning data into strategic action.
  • Do Real Market Research: Design, execute, and interpret research that uncovers consumer needs and market opportunities.
  • Tell Stories with Data: Use Power BI to create advanced dashboards and reports that influence key decisions.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work with Data Science, BI, Marketing, and external partners to deliver insight-led growth.

What you need to succeed:

  • Hands-on Market Research Skills: You know how to plan studies, run surveys, analyze consumer data, and translate it into business insights.
  • Power BI Expertise: You're fluent in advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard storytelling.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience leading teams or projects, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands on: Strong SQL, Python or R, familiarity with AI/ML, and cloud data platforms/ Enterprise Analytics.
