Join Our Team as an HR Analyst at AXA Partners
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support the development and implementation of our skills development initiatives in France. Based in Ostrava, you will play a key role in managing procurement processes, coordinating with training providers, and ensuring the smooth rollout of our training programs. If you are organized, communicative, and passionate about supporting employee growth, we want to hear from you
- Prepare and monitor financing files, including creating suppliers in COUPA, submitting purchase order requests, and tracking invoices and payments.
- Liaise effectively with training organizations and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of procurement activities.
- Update and maintain budget monitoring dashboards to reflect current financial status.
- Assist in updating management tools for tracking the skills development plan's progress.
- Act as a communication link between the French training team and the COUPA management system teams.
- Place purchase orders for the Human Resources Department in France, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Support the rollout of AXA Partners' skills development initiatives through administrative coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial and training-related data.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is advantage
- Fluency in French and written English; excellent communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and data protection
- Proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
