In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative sourcing strategies, leading impactful projects, and contributing to business growth.Position:As Cluster Category Manager, you will oversee procurement initiatives for Marketing & Sales and IT categories, ensuring that sourcing strategies are aligned with global objectives while being tailored to meet the unique requirements of local markets. Working closely with internal business stakeholders, together with your team, you will identify innovative solutions, cost optimization opportunities, and synergies across the countries within your cluster, continuously striving for improved efficiency and stronger supplier relationships. The role involves business travels to ensure effective collaboration and relationship‑building. Part of you job will be also:Driving implementation of cluster specific strategies and contributing to global strategy developmentDeveloping supplier intelligence and optimizing supplier poolLeading the category team, supporting their development and growth for future opportunitiesEnsuring targets achievement, leading cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Background in procurement or corelated function, ideally within FMCG or a similar industryExperience in team management, work in an international environment will be a plus Experience in managing sourcing strategies and supplier relationships  What to expect?This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing Eastern European Procurement team, where collaboration, mutual support, and a sense of humor are at the core of everything we do.
