What you will do:What you'll do:
  • Identify relevant metrics, derive relevant conclusions, and present them to influence or encourage insight-based decisions.
  • Enable access and transparency of relevant metrics at different levels within and beyond the organization
  • Guide peer analysts and team members towards a joint operations mission, empowering their innovation and skill towards a collaborative impact
  • Manage priorities by defining transparent timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders. Report on progress and propose solutions to obstacles.
  • Establish accountability wherever there are team-internal or cross-organizational dependencies
  • Adjust or refocus recommendations in line with core team or business pain points (e.g. issue avoidance, enablement, or automation)
  • Identify, integrate, or build strong practices with a focus on areas like capacity management, process harmonization, automation, data trends… Investigate outside-in where relevant
  • Stay tuned to changing business requirements and problem statements throughout core projects and leadership alignment
  • Be an advocate of compliance and security concepts. Establish cadences and working models to make due diligence a habit
