Overview

Service Supervisor zajišťuje vedení servisního týmu v rámci svěřené oblasti (Ostrava - Hradec Králové) s cílem poskytovat špičkové servisní služby. Hlavním cílem je dosažení provozní dokonalosti, vysoké úrovně spokojenosti zákazníků a zlepšení ekonomických výsledků, zejména v oblasti obratu a hrubé marže.

Tato role je určena pro technicky orientovaného lídra, který má zkušenosti s vedením lidí, řízením provozu a orientací na zákaznickou kvalitu.

Responsibilities
  • Vedení, motivace a rozvoj servisního týmu v rámci přidělené oblasti (včetně náboru a adaptace nových kolegů).
  • Sledování a vyhodnocování provozních a finančních ukazatelů (KPI, P&L) a zavádění nápravných opatření.
  • Pravidelná komunikace s týmem o cílech, výsledcích a výkonnosti.
  • Řízení zákaznické spokojenosti a budování dlouhodobých vztahů.
  • Spolupráce s obchodním oddělením při identifikaci a podpoře obchodních příležitostí.
  • Koordinace a řízení subdodavatelů (SLA, cenotvorba, kapacity, kvalifikace, EHS).
  • Správa servisních procesů a plánování efektivního využití zdrojů.
  • Kontrola a validace zakázek v ERP systému.
  • Spolupráce s logistikou/Supply Chain na zajištění skladových zásob a vybavení techniků.
  • Řešení reklamací, sporů a podpora při zajišťování nápravných opatření.
  • Aktivní účast na bezpečnostních a EH&S iniciativách, včetně auditů.
Qualifications
  • Technické vzdělání a praxe v oblasti servisu nebo technického provozu.
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s vedením lidí a řízením provozních ukazatelů.
  • Schopnost pracovat s ekonomickými metrikami – tržby, náklady, marže.
  • Silné komunikační a organizační schopnosti, přirozená autorita a schopnost vést příkladem.
  • Orientace na zákazníka a vysoký standard služeb, proaktivní a samostatný přístup.
  • Dobrá znalost práce v MS Office; znalost ERP systémů, zejména SAP, je výhodou.
  • Zkušenosti s plánováním kapacit, řízením změn a organizací práce.
  • Řidičský průkaz sk. B a ochota cestovat v rámci svěřené oblasti.
