Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Country Quality Head Back-up / Responsible Person to support our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards, ensuring that our products and processes meet all legal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as back-up for the Country Quality Head and Responsible Person, ensuring continuous quality oversight
  • Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GMP, GDP)
  • Ensure timely handling of quality incidents, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on quality and compliance matters
  • Monitor product release and batch certification processes
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and quality risk assessments
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards to cross-functional teams

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and local regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to act independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
