What we're looking for

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager who knows how to grow B2B relationships and has proven key account management experience. Travel industry background and experience working with travel advisors or host agencies is a big plus.

This role is all about building strong partner relationships, B2B Partner success, and driving revenue. You'll manage key accounts, represent Daytrip in the travel advisor community, and lead a Junior Partner Success Manager as the channels grows.

What you'll do
  • Own and execute our travel advisor partner success strategy
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with key travel advisors and host agency networks
  • Deeply understand partner needs and set them up to succeed using Daytrip
  • Proactively support top-tier advisors to increase repeat bookings and loyalty
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value partners - they trust you, they call you
  • Identify high-value advisors and build tailored account growth plans
  • Represent Daytrip at travel industry events & conferences
  • Work closely with the B2B team, Sales, Product, Ops, and Marketing - partnership success is a team effort
  • Bring partner insights back into the business to shape product and service improvements
  • Track performance and partner engagement to guide priorities
  • Lead and develop a Junior Partner Success Manager: clear expectations, coaching

To excel in the role, you need
  • Proven key account management experience
  • Ideally strong travel industry knowledge
  • Great English, both written and spoken, with a clear and confident communication style
  • You can naturally and authentically build trust - not by script
  • A revenue mindset, you are driven by results and sustainable growth, not just maintaining relationships
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on work
  • To be able to stay on top of things and adapt when plans change
  • Thrive under shifting priorities, you adjust, refocus, and move forward
  • Willingness to travel for partner events & industry networking
