What You'll Do:

  • Content Review: Evaluate various types of digital content, including videos, news stories, and social media profiles, for adherence to policies.
  • Consistency & Accuracy: Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, and other criteria, and apply handling procedures consistently.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce content policies and maintain client terms of use with a keen eye for detail.
  • Participate & Report: Engage in assistance programs, training, and reporting to support the teams well-being and performance.
  • Handle Sensitive Content: Manage potentially sensitive material with professionalism and empathy, including extreme content such as hate speech or violence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or BPO/contact centers preferred.
  • Resilience: Comfort with reviewing sensitive content, maintaining high standards of empathy and communication.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of political and social contexts in Czech-speaking regions.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
