Hledáme technického lídra pro nový tým, který bude vyvíjet a rozšiřovat náš cloudový systém — online aplikaci sloužící k monitorování, analýze dat a správě našich zařízení.

Jedná se o vlastní řešení založené na mikroslužbách a moderním Azure stacku. Tvůj tým začne se třemi vývojáři a budeš postupně rozšiřovat jeho řady. Podpora ti bude chodit od zkušeného týmu 12 kolegů.

People management

  • Budeš vést nově vznikající tým vývojářů s podporou zkušených kolegů.
  • Postaráš se o motivaci a rozvoj členů týmu včetně pravidelného hodnocení jejich výkonu.
  • Společně budete stanovovat cíle, poskytovat zpětnou vazbu a podporovat týmovou spolupráci.
  • Zúčastníš se náboru nových kolegů, jejich onboardingu i řízení odměňování (mzdy, bonusy).

Delivery management

  • Budeš zodpovídat za plánování, koordinaci a včasné dodání projektů v požadované kvalitě.
  • Řídit kapacitu týmu, prioritizovat úkoly a řešit operativní problémy.
  • Komunikovat se stakeholdery a zajišťovat sladění očekávání napříč týmy.
  • Úzce spolupracovat s architekty, product ownery a testery (v současnosti pracuje na projektu 12 zkušených kolegů).

Požadujeme

  • Praxi ve vývoji softwaru, ideálně v oblasti cloudových služeb.
  • Znalost MS Azure a cloudových technologií výhodou.
  • Minimálně rok zkušeností s vedením týmu.
  • Schopnost vést a inspirovat tým, efektivně sdílet znalosti a komunikovat napříč úrovněmi organizace.
  • Orientace v agilním prostředí a chuť budovat věci od základu.
  • Komunikativní znalost angličtiny (minimálně úroveň B1).
