We're looking for a multi-talented Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our leading Innovation team

You can imagine what a key role you'll be playing

Responsibilities:

  • Fight the Bugs
  • Consolidate all system "bug" reporting for all contact centre systems on
  • Replicate "bug" scenarios, pinpointing what the issues are.
  • Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly trends and make recommendations.
  • QA new features
  • create Manual test scenarios
  • Assist in QA for new CRM features.
  • QA different CRM processes to assist in new features design.
  • Monitor Automation processes
  • Regularly monitor CRM automated processes.
  • Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly trends and make recommendations.

This is a remote full-time position.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English – a must.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and its tools – a must
  • Experience with Contact Centre systems – Advantage.
  • Experience in creating Manual test scenario – a must
  • Knowledge on system integration processes (webhook, http requests, JSON, APIs) – a must
  • Experience in QA positions – a must
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Flexible to work outside of working hours whenever needed.
  • Good home office working environment (quiet space, high-speed internet connection 100MB, ability to activate webcam at all times, headset)
