I'm the Business Manager of an international division supporting expats in Prague, and I'm currently looking for motivated individuals to mentor as they build their own teams of financial professionals. Our dynamic startup is backed by the stability and expertise of an international holding with over 50 years of experience, operating across 16 European countries.

Our mission is to help fellow expats in the Czech Republic optimize their personal finances through customized solutions tailored to their long-term financial goals. We provide up-to-date insights into the Czech financial market and, with 40 partner institutions, we have the resources to offer bespoke financial plans for our fellow expats.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with financial planning and build lasting relationships
  • Develop and ensure accuracy in financial plans
  • Work with investment professionals to enhance client relationships
  • Build your own team and lead them to success

Preferred qualifications:

  • A degree in Finance or relevant industry experience is welcome, but not mandatory (no worries—full training will be provided)
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Interest in finance and the investment markets
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in business English
  • Ability to work under a Czech Trade License
  • Current location Czech Republic
