As an Insurance Specialist, with 1-2 years of professional experience and Strong interpersonal skills, including flexibility and resilience, you will be responsible for making sure insurance premiums, broker fees, claims, and other insurance-related invoices are processed and paid in due time. You will collaborate closely with our employees, brokers, service providers, and other external parties and work together on a smooth delivery.
What will you be doing:
Make sure that insurance claims are treated in the required manner.
Be the SPOC for the WEZ countries' insurance-related matters and the contact for all insurance-related matters (property, liability, and all others), claim handling and related financial questions. Key contact with employees, brokers, service providers, and other external parties. Assist country employees with insurance contracts and other occurring questions.
Make sure insurance premiums, broker fees, claims, and other insurance-related invoices are processed and paid in due time.
Provide input for the annual budget for insurance-related costs, track and monitor them on a monthly basis (actual vs. budget), and report them to Zone.
Provide claim and cost statistics.
