Popis nabídky práce

Co Vás na pozici čeká:

  • Vedení týmu pěti specialistů v oblasti marketingu a komunikace
  • Příprava a realizace marketingové, komunikační a brandové strategie pro český trh
  • Reprezentace společnosti jako mluvčí a partner vedení v oblasti komunikace
  • Navazování a udržování vztahů s externími partnery, asociacemi, organizacemi a úřady
  • Správa značky, řízení zákaznických průzkumů a zlepšování výsledků v oblasti zákaznické spokojenosti
  • Plánování a realizace marketingových kampaní a aktivit podporujících obchodní cíle
  • Řízení PR aktivit, vztahů s médii a příprava tiskových zpráv
  • Koordinace eventů, konferencí a dalších aktivit pro zákazníky a partnery
  • Zajištění efektivní interní komunikace, podpora firemní kultury a spolupráce s P&C na employer brandingu
  • Správa rozpočtu v souladu se strategií a reporting výsledků vedení společnosti i regionu
Kvalifikace

Co od Vás očekáváme:

  • VŠ vzdělání (marketing, komunikace, média, management)
  • Praxe min. 5 let v marketingu, komunikaci nebo brand managementu v korporátním prostředí
  • Zkušenost s vedením týmu
  • Výborná znalost českého a anglického jazyka (jak v mluvené tak psané podobě)
  • Velmi dobré digitální dovednosti (MS Office, online nástroje)
  • Řidičský průkaz sk. B
  • Strategické myšlení a schopnost prezentace
  • Silné komunikační a vyjednávací dovednosti
