Your position

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to independently manage the full payroll agenda for our plant in Velké Opatovice. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in payroll and pre-payroll accounting, who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and communicating with both blue-collar employees and management. You will communicate with employees and managers on all matters regarding payroll, ensuring compliance with all internal and legal standards.

Your tasks

• Managing payroll processes for all employees independently
• Handling pre-payroll accounting and system closings
• Performing payroll-related calculations and ensuring accuracy
• Providing documentation and support for payroll processes

Your profile

• A few years experience in payroll, ideally in a plant/manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to independently drive payroll agenda
• Experience with payroll systems and accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Languages: Czech: Fluent, English: Basic
