Hey, we're Dubrink We're looking for an International Account Manager

Dubrink is a fast-growing startup founded by two Dutch entrepreneurs, with its headquarters in the vibrant heart of Prague. That's where our core team works, but we're not limited to one city - our people (and partners) are spread across borders, just like the international market we serve. Dubrink is where IT software meets customs and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) solutions. At the core of our work is the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), a relatively new EU regulation. It might not sound sexy, but trust us - it's a game-changer.

This regulation will directly or indirectly affect us all.

CBAM is new EU legislation designed to cut carbon emissions and drive sustainable growth. Every company importing steel, iron, aluminium, cement, hydrogen and electricity will have to deal with it. Now it's just these materials, but that scope will be adjusted soon. And that's where we come in. We've built one of the leading platforms that automates the entire CBAM process. Already, over 1200 companies are connected to Dubrink.

What you'll do

We're looking for a driven, ambitious International Account Manager to help us grow. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Identifying and reaching out to new clients
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Representing Dubrink at trade shows across Europe
  • Tackling marketing and sales projects with creativity and enthusiasm

We don't expect you to be a robot. We want you to think like an entrepreneur, spot opportunities, and speak up when you see challenges. We are aware that's not the typical Czech-company culture. In this new and rapidly evolving market, we're looking for colleagues who are intuitive, target-driven, and enjoy working in an international environment. You'll deal with large importers and multinationals. We value self-starters - people who don't wait for orders but see opportunities, take ownership, and move fast. And if you take them, your bonus will reflect that success.

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

It is important to note that you do not need knowledge about CBAM. It's a rather new topic and we'll teach you the ins and outs to become an expert.
